Breakfast: oatmeal with maple syrup
Lunch: Lentils; a hard-boiled egg (technically not allowed on the Hypo diet, but whatev)
Dinner: Rice, with a little butter, and baked cabbage
I'm headed to the pharmacy this morning for a new allergy prescription. Hopefully it works better than the one I'm on now.
Heh - I had a professor who picked up a very very nasty bug in India and had to go on a hypoallergenic diet for a while... it was interesting!
ReplyDeleteEven though you have figured out it is mostly food related, have you tried using homemade laundry detergent? We finally figured out milk was the main cause of all of my daughter's eczema, but before figuring that out, we switched to homemade detergent. Even though we eliminated milk now, and the detergent switch didn't seem to make much difference initially, if I switch back to comercial detergents, she breaks out.
